So she is now asking the court to step in. She is requesting over $8500 a month in child support almost $29000 a month in spousal support and a hefty $250000 in retroactive payments to cover legal fees. A hearing for all this is reportedly set for April.
In the court filing Jodie reportedly argues that she was Juno's primary caretaker during their marriage while Joshua's acting career was taking off. She points out his long successful career compared to hers which she says is still in the early stages. She also states that Joshua made significantly more money than her during their marriage. As of now reps for Joshua Jackson have not responded to requests for comment on these claims.
