Beast Games Season 1 Episode 7 featured a Trolley Problem challenge . In each round captains were chosen. Akira Player 539 was the first captain. He nominated Players 182 952 and 626 for elimination.
These three were placed on the Red track. Mr Beast placed a Lamborghini on another track. Akira had to choose between saving the contestants or the car.

In the second round Akira was again selected as captain. He nominated Players 990 907 and 351. They were on the Yellow track. Player 359 Colton Akira's friend was on the Red track with a Tesla.

Bethany Player 865 became captain for round three. She chose Akira Player 539 and Colton Player 359 for the Yellow track. Courtney Player 424 Bethany's friend and an unidentified mannequin were on the Red track.
Bethany saved her friend eliminating Akira and Colton. The mannequin was revealed to be Bethany Player 865. Thus Bethany was also eliminated with Akira and Colton during the Trolley problem challenge.
