Oops She Spilled It Again! Jenna Bush Hager's Hilarious Guinness Challenge Fail on Live TV
It was St. Patrick's Day on the Today Show and of course that means Guinness! Jenna Bush Hager and Willie Geist decided to try out the viral "Split the G" challenge. You know the one where you have to drink your pint just right so the beer line hits smack-dab in the middle of the "G" on the Guinness glass logo?
Well let's just say things did not go exactly as planned for Jenna. She gave it a good shot wanting to make her mom "proud" and give a shout-out to Laura but whoops! The Guinness had other ideas. Instead of a clean split the beer splashed everywhere all over her chin and right down her nice green dress. Talk about a wardrobe moment!
Jenna laughed it off like a champ though. Willie Geist was cracking jokes asking for a mop and wondering if they needed a tarp. Jenna herself was just wondering "What just happened?" She admitted her "body couldn't take it" and that her "nice green dress" was a casualty of the challenge. Hey at least it was festive mishap right?
Willie Geist Tries to Save the Day (and the Guinness Challenge) - But No "Split the G" Success Yet
After Jenna's messy attempt Willie Geist stepped up to the plate to try the "Split the G" challenge himself. Jenna warned him it was not easy and she thought she was a beer-drinking pro. Willie gave it a good effort and he actually did manage to drink his Guinness without spilling it all over himself. Victory on the no-spill front!
However even Willie couldn't quite master the "Split the G" part. He got close but the beer line was not perfectly in the middle of the G. So while mess-free he also did not fully conquer the challenge. Jenna was amazed that anyone could actually pull off splitting the G perfectly and Willie was equally shocked by Jenna's epic beer spill. Maybe they need more practice for next year's St. Patrick's Day show!
Where's Dylan Dreyer? Today Show Fans Notice Weather Anchor Missing in Action
If you were watching the third hour of Today this week you might have noticed someone missing from the host desk: Dylan Dreyer. Viewers were wondering where Dylan was especially since it was St. Patrick's Day week and celebrations were in full swing on the show. No need to worry though Dylan's absence is for a pretty cool reason!
It turns out Dylan is not just skipping work she is actually in Paris France... for work! Yes that's right Dylan is living the dream in the City of Lights. She posted some amazing photos on Instagram from Paris showing off iconic spots like the Louvre Pyramid and the Arc de Triomphe. Jealous much?
Dylan hinted that she is in France for a "really cool story coming soon" for the Today Show. So keep an eye out for that segment. It sounds like she is having a blast mixing work and play in Paris. Lucky Dylan!

While Dylan is off in Paris Laura Jarrett from Saturday Today is filling in as co-host for the third hour of Today this week. Laura even mentioned on Monday's show that she would be co-hosting all week long. So you will be seeing more of her alongside Al Roker and Craig Melvin.
Speaking of Craig Melvin he was also absent from Today recently. He missed a couple of days due to the flu. But he is back now and feeling even better than before thanks to medicine and some rest. It seems like the Today Show hosts have been tag-teaming absences lately but they always have someone ready to step in and keep the show going.
