Mad Men fans get ready because Jon Hamm is making a comeback to the SNL stage. It has been a minute a whole fifteen years to be exact since Hamm last hosted. His return on April 12th is a big deal and people are excited to see him back in Studio 8H. This will be Hamm's fourth time hosting putting him close to that legendary Five-Timers Club status.

Hamm is not just randomly showing up either. He is hosting to promote his new Apple TV+ series called Your Friends & Neighbors. He defended Musk with a perfectly dry and unexpected line: "Elon Musk is not a Nazi; the Nazis made nice cars." That is classic Weekend Update right there quick sharp and a little bit edgy.

SNL Booking Big Names: Madison Black Hamm and Musical Guests Wallen Elton John Lizzo

Hamm is not the only big name heading to SNL soon. The show has lined up a seriously impressive roster of hosts and musical guests for the next few episodes. Before Hamm takes the stage Mikey Madison fresh off her Oscar win for Anora will be hosting on March 29th. This is Madison's first time hosting. Country star Morgan Wallen will be the musical guest that night. This is Wallen's second time on SNL after a bit of controversy a few years back which SNL even joked about.

Then on April 5th Jack Black is making a much-anticipated return to host for the fourth time. It has been twenty years since Black last hosted SNL. Music legends Elton John and Brandi Carlile will be joining him as musical guests performing songs from their new collaborative album. And then finally Jon Hamm on April 12th with Lizzo as the musical guest. Lizzo is also an SNL veteran having hosted and performed musically before. It is a lineup packed with talent and star power.
