HGTV fans you have got to hear about the finale of "The Flip Off"! Things got seriously wild between Christina Haack and Tarek & Heather El Moussa. We are talking drone spying backyard break-ins and a whole lot of drama. Plus judge Jeff Lewis from Flipping Out himself weighed in to decide the winner. Ready for the tea? Let's spill it.
Drone Drama and a Backyard Break-in? Christina and Heather Get Sneaky on The Flip Off
So in the final episode of "The Flip Off" Christina decided to get a little... creative after suspecting Tarek and Heather were playing dirty. Apparently Christina's crew spotted a drone flying around her flip house. And who does Christina think is behind it? None other than Tarek El Moussa since his cousin is a drone pilot. Sneaky sneaky!
Christina was not about to let that slide. She told the cameras "Tarek and Heather are always complaining that I’m breaking the rules. But if they actually flew a drone through my house I am most definitely getting them back." And get them back she did.
Christina and her contractor Michael Lange cooked up a "double ambush" plan. While Christina distracted Tarek and Heather with some chit-chat outside their garage sale Lange snuck into their house. He recorded all the rooms and even grabbed a few "souvenirs" along the way. When Heather caught Lange in the backyard chaos ensued! Heather yelled "Chase him down! Chase him down!" and took off sprinting after Christina and Lange as they made a run for it in their SUV. Talk about reality TV gold!
Turns out Lange's "souvenirs" included a bottle of wine and framed photos of Tarek and Christina's kids that Tarek and Heather had used to try and win over previous judges. Double sneaky! Christina's takeaway from all this? She needed to step up her landscaping game to avoid future break-ins. Priorities!
Jeff Lewis and Izzy Battres Judge the Day: Fans Thrilled to See Familiar Faces

In the midst of all the break-in drama the show also brought back some familiar faces as guest judges. Jeff Lewis from "Flipping Out" and Izzy Battres both made an appearance. Fans were loving seeing these HGTV veterans back in Christina and Tarek's world. Both Jeff and Izzy have worked with Christina and Tarek before so it was a fun reunion.
Fans on social media were all about Jeff and Izzy being on the show. Comments flooded in saying things like "It was so much fun to see you all together again" and "It was fun to see you both on the show you need both need to come back and make more appearance." People were really hoping to see more of Jeff and Izzy judging in the future. Maybe Season 2? Fingers crossed!
And the Winner Is... Tarek and Heather El Moussa Take Home The Flip Off Crown (But ROI is Key!)

After all the room-by-room challenges and sneaky shenanigans it all came down to the numbers. The winner of "The Flip Off" was determined by who got the highest return on investment (ROI) when they sold their flip houses. Jeff Lewis revealed the stats and drumroll please... Tarek and Heather El Moussa were crowned the winners!
Here's the breakdown:
- Tarek & Heather:
- Purchase Price: $710,000
- Renovation Cost: $409,000
- Selling Price: $1,550,000
- Net Profit: $431,000
- ROI: 38.51%
- Christina:
- Purchase Price: $605,000
- Renovation Cost: $303,000
- Selling Price: $1,125,000 (all-cash offer!)
- Net Profit: $217,000
- ROI: 23.89%
Even though Christina's house sold for a sweet all-cash offer Tarek and Heather's higher ROI percentage secured them the win and that luxurious family vacation paid for by Christina. Ouch!
